Foot2feet is the flagship brand of Pune-headquartered Chauras Foot Pvt Ltd. The company was incorporated in September 2018 by two architect partners – Sawankumar Chandak and Sneha Chandak. It was during their ten-year practice that the duo found that builders, interior designers and architects often have to deal with myriad regulatory and legal issues, which is why most development projects get held up and don’t get delivered to the investors on time, attracting heavy penalties under the stringent RERA norms.
Foot2Feet is their answer to dealing with this lacuna.
During their years of practice as construction Planning, Liasoning & site execution for 300+ Projects in Pune, Sawan and Sneha found various teething issues in the construction Industry. The problems start from land selection to receiving the final occupancy certificate for a completed project from the authority, making it a hectic, complex, and time-consuming process. Very often developers have to liaison with 40+ Government offices to get the project off the ground. These are typical issues associated with an unorganized industry that lacks professional approach, and where there is huge uncertainty in government policies and their enforcement.
