Hi I am Anagha & I belong to the ever-gleaming 'City of Dreams’, Mumbai. Being from the era that witnessed one of the biggest revolutionizations in art and culture in human history, fondly known as the 90s, I enjoy evergreen music, paper boats, and the little joys of life. 

Every artist comes across a life-changing moment. For me, this moment was when as a little girl, I first saw my father capture the walks of life through a film camera. Having my idol in such proximity, only increased my curiosity and interest in the camera and the magic it could bring about.

All the moments that were captured through his lens tell a story that weaves small but precious instances of my childhood together. Occasionally, these stories escape the film and surround me while I laugh and reminisce over the days gone by. This love of nostalgia is what propelled me towards the photography I do now.

The beginning of life right from conception in the mother’s womb up to early childhood is the time that is full of innocence and excitement. It's a cozy cocoon of relentless laughter and uncontrollable joy that is forever cherished and looked back on when you need to return to a simpler time in your life. For me, there is no greater joy than to represent the pure expressions on a baby’s face, the delight of a mother, or the pride of a family as one.

My projects are all about capturing various moods of the human mind - happiness, sadness, guilt, agony, pain, love - through simple frames and subtle effects. I have thus created this platform to unmask all these vibrant feelings and represent them in the best light possible. Come join me on this wonderful journey!
