As the term PPT suggests, people, process, and technology (PPT) refers to the methodology in which the balance of people, process, and technology drives the action: People are driven to perform systematically, a specific type of work for an organization using pre-set processes, supported by technology to streamline and improve these processes. This framework help us to achieve harmony within our organization.
The people are persons who actually do the work - most important part of the framework. Without people, nothing can happen. We value our people, so that they tend to remain in our organizations are with us for longer durations. A process is a series of actions or steps that need to happen in order to achieve a particular task/goal. People are ineffective without processes in place to support their decisions.
