From  2 people team established in 1973 with Mr. Vinod fondekar and Mr.Praksha Satam as a founder employees  we have come in a long way today to become an strong team of 110 professionals  headed by Mr. Biju Nair as our Technical Director , Mr.Rajiv Shanghvi as MD ,  Mr.Nikhil Shanghvi as CEO Mr. Sachin K C as our COO

As industry leaders we have set up numbers of trends  like using computer for engineering design calculations and developing internal softwares like plan (Planwin is the current name ) as early as 1985 , Use of CAD in 1992 , use of Digital camera for site inspection and reporting in 1999 , developing and using site  inspection App

in 2014  and migration to BIM in 2019.

Over the years, Team SACPL has  created its footprint across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, institutional, hospitality, and healthcare sectors, among others. Projects undertaken beyond  Indian borders and has left its mark on structures in Dubai , Abudhabi , Iran ,  Dar-e-salam and Carebian islands ,  Nepal, Tanzania and many more countries.
