Mumbai, the cradle of the country's film industry, is a city full of glamour. You can visit the homes of the most famous Bollywood actors and actresses, see or share a hotel with many people who go on business, and stroll along Marine Drive. It takes you to an excellent overview of the skyscrapers that occupy the modern part of the city. You must remember that it is the second largest port in Asia after Hong Kong and also produces oil, which is quite noticeable.
On the other hand, Mumbai is considered the land of opportunities, making many people from the most disadvantaged rural areas of the country come to work in Bombay, thus finding a great contrast between the large shopping centres and the poverty that surrounds it.
