Atul began his professional career in 1980 as Engineering Trainee with CTR Manufacturing Industries Ltd Pune in the manufacturing division of On-Load-Tap-Changers.

He was involved in many major Modernization Projects at Otis Mumbai; most prominent and the challenging ones being the Reserve Bank of India, Hotel Taj and Hotel Oberoi – Trident, post 26/11 terror attack

Atul has a specialized long experience in the Service-Maintenance activity. The Programmed Preventive Maintenance implementation drive brought in tremendous improvements in the Reduction of the Call Backs and thereby improving upon the Up-Time of elevators.

Off course all these efforts helped to enhance the company business. Hence was accorded with the Commercial Service Sales responsibility of Western Region.

• His elevator career began in 1982 as a trainee at the Otis India Western Region Office in Mumbai-Pune, which led to a successful 28 year period directly with Otis Elevator at various levels and locations in India including Pune, New Delhi and Gurgaon & Thane.

• Hands on experience of Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of elevators.

• Service Superintendant of New Delhi of Northern Region.

• Area Manager of Gurgaon in Northern Region (New Elevator Installations & Service -Maintenance).

• Area Manager of Thane in Western Region. (New Elevator Installations & Service -Maintenance).

• Service Sales Manager of Western Region.
