Pest Management Services was established in Bangalore in 1993 by M.Natrajan. After having experience in The pest control industry, he decided to start his own company and specialise in fumigation of shops and premises for cockroaches and pests. He had a lot of requests to carry out other pest control but referred these jobs on to his former employer, as he was busy with fumigation. Eventually, he formed an agreement with a friend in the industry to work together. From this informal partnership, they decided it was better that they parted way sand keep their friendship and form separate companies and share their work load. He worked as a baker in the early hours of the morning and did pest control during the day. The business accounts were handled by his wife Sashikala and the business was growing quite considerably.
